    GENERAL FAQ

    When will my order ship?

    Orders typically ship after approximately 1-7 days! the shop is semi ready-to-ship. For further updates please follow us on Instagram.

    You will receive a shipping notification email when it ships. I'm making fewer mail drops these days due to the COVID-19 crisis, so your order may be delayed a few days. CHECK ABOVE FOR SHIPPING DELAYS.

    How long will it take for my order to arrive after it ships?

    The mail is currently experiencing delays and inconsistencies, so shipping times vary! Once your order has shipped:

    • Domestic USA orders should arrive in 3-5 days
    • International orders should arrive in 2-6 weeks. There have been more delays recently, so please be patient and give your order 6 weeks to arrive.

    As of 2/4/2021 the shipping times may fluctuate from the times mentioned above due to USPS backlog and delays. Please keep in mind that I cannot control how quickly the USPS delivers your order. I would greatly appreciate any grace shown in case your order is taking longer than usual to get to you.

    Please bear that in mind when asking for an update. Additionally, please allow 12 hours to pass from the time you receive your shipping notification for any possible shipment updates before contacting support.

    Is there a tracking number for my order?

    Yes. A tracking number will be included in your 'Order Shipped' email. Also keep in mind that Merchandise Products are shipped from a warehouse that will also provide a separate tracking number for you to follow.

    My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

    If you live in the USA, please give orders a full 3 weeks to arrive after they ship! If you're outside the USA, please give orders 6 weeks. If it still hasn't arrived, please contact me and I will send out a free replacement.

     

     

    Do you do custom orders or themes?

    No! Due to time constraints, I don't do any custom orders.
